Personal Information:

Dr. Jacob Fleenor grew up in the hills of Rogersville, TN and met his wife, Kaitlyn, while he attended college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Following graduation, Dr. Fleenor spent time as a high school chemistry teacher in his wife’s hometown of Morristown, TN for one year. He then attended the Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN, where he earned his MD degree.

Upon finishing his medical school training, he and his family moved to Temple, TX for four years, where he completed training in ophthalmology. He served as chief resident for Baylor Scott & White Ophthalmology in 2021-2022. He is proud to serve the city of Columbia with Columbia Eye Physicians.

Dr. Fleenor is glad to take care of all eye problems, including cataracts, dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye exams, and more.
